Eating Close to the Earth

Our bodies gain the most nutritional benefit by eating foods as close to their natural state as possible.  I call this Eating Close to the Earth.  Eating food as soon as possible after it is harvested, provides our bodies with the maximum amount of their vitamins, minerals, micronutrients and other vital compounds.

Shift your eating from processed foods to mostly plant-based foods, and try to eat them as fresh as possible.
